We can accept bookings up to the same day, but we ask that they are called in versus using the website. Same-day bookings must be called in to confirm availability.
When you arrive at the Howard Hamilton International Airport, you will be greeted by airport taxi dispatchers. The dispatcher will call Champion VIP, and once curb-side, our driver will touch base with the dispatcher. The dispatcher will then direct you to your Champion VIP vehicle.
Yes. You will be notified by our driver via a call or a knock on the door to notify you that they have arrived.
If you are located in a gated villa, please ensure the ringer outside works or that you are near your phone to answer once the driver has arrived.
Outside of airport arrivals, every service comes with a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will be charged a late fee per every quarter hour. This fee is then rated per each hour after 30 minutes.
A no-show will be treated as a complete cancellation, and will not be refunded nor rescheduled.
Following a 10-minute grace period, waiting time is charged at $30 per quarter hour. After half an hour, it is set to a 1 hour rate period.
This does not include arrivals where flights are delayed or you are waiting in Customs or Immigration. We track flights for early arrivals and delays, ensuring the vehicle is at the airport for the time of landing.
Yes, the vehicle can make stops. En-route stops are $50 per stop, up to 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, you will be charged additional wait time of $30 per quarter hour.
No smoking or eating is allowed in any Champion VIP vehicles.
There is a $500 smoking fee and an additional repair fee for any damage due to smoking. Eating in the vehicle will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Car seats are available free of charge per request. Requests must be made at least one week prior to booking, Last-minute requests will be subject to availability.
Luggage capacity varies per vehicle. The standard capacity for a SUV is 6 pieces of luggage and a Sprinter has a standard capacity of 13 pieces of luggage.
